Burger patties
Yield: 5 patties
Time: 15 minutes (+ 30 minutes rest time)
Ingredients
- 12 cream crackers, crushed fine
- 8 sprigs fresh basil/parsley, finely chopped
- 2 t Dijoen mustard
- Lean mince (1 pack = 5 patties)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- S&P
- Olive oil
Method
- Combine mince, herbs, mustard and mince.
- Add egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Add in crackers and mix together.
- Divide between patties, roll in balls and flatten into shape.
- Put in the fridge to firm for at least 30 minutes.
- Put pan on medium with olive oil.
- Cook patties for 4 minutes on each side and serve immediately.
