Coriander lamb chops

Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 t cumin
- Handfull fresh coriander
- 1/3 cup eggs and splash of milk, lightly beaten
- Plain flour
- Olive oil
- Bread crumbs (can put toast in NutriBullet)
Method
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Dip lamb chops in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in olive oil in pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with mash.
