Roast chicken pieces with fennel and lemon

Ingredients
- 1 pack chicken thighs
- 2 fennel bulbs, sliced
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T white wine (optional)
- 1 lemon, juiced
- S&P
Method
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Add all ingredients together and mix well.
- Pour into baking tray covered in tinfoil.
- Roast for 40 minutes or until chicken skin looks crispy.
