Crepes (pancakes)
Yield: ~6 pancakes
Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
Method
- Sift the flour into a bowl.
- Add the milk and egg and whisk until there are no lumps.
- It should be quite thin - if it isn’t, add more milk.
- Refrigerate for as long as you have patience.
- Heat a pan, drop in some butter and fry!
