Spiced, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas

Notes: Serve on salads or in wraps or on cous cous.
Ingredients
- 1 big cauliflower, cut into small bits
- 2 tins chickpeas, drained
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T cumin
- 1 t curry powder, turmeric, garam masala, cayenne pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees, line baking tray with baking paper or foil.
- Mix all spices with olive oil in a big bowl.
- Mix cauliflower and chickpeas with the spiced olive oil and pour on baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until all chickpeas are crispy. Shake a few times in the baking.
